The Journey to Myself

I’ve always been drawn to natural healing—herbs, home remedies, and the quiet wisdom of prevention.

When COVID hit, that belief became crystal clear. The importance of immune strength and a calm mind wasn’t just theory anymore.

That’s when Ayurveda found me—or maybe I finally found it. I began in 2020 with self-study: books, podcasts, and gentle experiments on myself. In 2022, I enrolled in a one-year online Ayurvedic Health Advisor program with Hale Pule, which I deeply loved and which inspired me to go further. Wanting a more immersive, in-person experience, I then enrolled at Sampoorna Ayurvedic College in Miami, where I completed two years of hands-on study to become a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher.

During my training, I completed a one-month internship at Apthasree Ayurvedic Hospital in Kerala, India, where I was immersed in learning, practicing, and witnessing Ayurveda in its most authentic form. I observed people healing from chronic conditions through steady, natural practices. Experiencing these transformations firsthand had a profound and lasting impact on me.

I graduated in the summer of 2025, but it feels less like an ending and more like the beginning of a lifelong journey—learning to be my own healer, returning to balance, and helping others do the same.

Ayurveda isn’t just medicine; it’s the science of life—living in harmony with nature through simple daily practices and deep mind-body-spirit awareness. It helped me heal from chronic issues and become a more balanced, grounded, and radiant version of myself.

I truly believe we all carry the wisdom to heal. When we begin with ourselves—one mindful choice at a time—balance grows naturally and extends far beyond us. 🌿
